Transactions filters

At Open Collective the transactions list is where a collective or a fiscal host goes to understand what happened with its money, so we designed these filters to ask what you want to filter by first and only then show you its values, which I think keeps you from facing every option the system has before you know what you are looking for. When we shipped them in November 2023 they became the way filtering works across the whole dashboard, with an empty filter shown as a plus and a set one read back as a sentence you can remove.
